Since 1950, families have been calling Academy Heights “home.”

And it could be for many reasons....

Maybe it’s because we are a covenant community of 462 spacious neo-Colonial style rowhomes with slate roofs and all brick exteriors. Or because we are conveniently located to downtown Baltimore, BWI Airport, UMBC, Patapsico State Park, with quick access to 695 and 95.

Then there are the many local events, such as the Farmers Market, July 4th Fireworks, weekly concerts and the Arts & Crafts festival.  The AH Civic Association sponsers Yard Sales, Dumpster Day, Easter Egg Hunt, Decoration Contests and an annual Block Party.

But most likely it is that the Heights is a beautiful, friendly and diverse neighborhood full of history and traditions that all residents can be proud of.
